- Review existing policies and make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them.
- Advice on changes to improve process and workflow, take corrective or preventive action when needed and coordinate with hospital management on how to implement them whether by training, tools and techniques to enhance performance of all services provided along with compliance to assigned regulations.
- Support and lead the adoption of international healthcare quality standards.
- Make sure the hospital is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors and maintain Andalusia brand with regular environmental analysis& gap analysis for current and international standards, Identify all areas of strengths& weaknesses, suggest improvements accordingly & milestones for implementation.
- Research and design appropriate hospital-wide performance and quality trainings based on employees’ & hospital’s trends and further needs.
- Coordinate all quality councils& committees conducted in hospital and make sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business with services provided.
- Execute organization new strategies and systems across hospital department and ensure learning curve till process stabilizing.
