Job Description
main Duties:
- Promoter Stage (Probation Period)
- To accomplish the sales volume of 60 mobile phones in 2 months.
- Supervisor Stage
- Distribution: collect market information, visit and maintain distribution, develop new distribution.
- Stock Management: Maintain enough stock on shop for sale and regularly track stock availability.
- Sales: Assist promoter to complete target.
- Dealer Service: Eight advantages, basic and differential services.
- Recruitment: carry out promoter recruitment and interview, and transfer quality shop promoters to company promoters.
- Training: Assist promoters to improve product knowledge, sales skills. Provide training to promoters, shop promoters, dealers and wholesaler staff one by one.
- Daily Management: Manage promoters’ attendance, ensure promoters’ availability on shops, match system sales with actual sales, conduct promoter meeting.
- Brand Image: Maintain counter display, shelf display, promoter appearance, glass door sticker and other vivo image to enhance brand influence.
Job Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in sales, operation, marketing, finance.
- At least 21 years old, FRESH GRADS are welcomed.
- Presentable.
- High command of English is a Must.
- Ain shams, Cairo, Helwan, BUE, AUC, GUC students are preferred.
