Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Receive purchase orders monthly from the planning department and send them to suppliers.
- Receiving quotations from suppliers, registering them and submitting them to the local procurement manager to choose the best price for the required specification for the required material.
- Requesting raw material samples from the new suppliers to present them to the laboratory to ensure the quality of raw materials, and then communicate with the new supplier.
- Executing the supply order and sending it to the supplier, following up on the arrival of raw materials and resolving any problems related to the arrival of the shipment to the company's warehouses
- Communicating with laboratories to authorize raw materials to extract suppliers' checks in a timely manner for the supplier's credit
- Communicate with the Pharmacist Inspection Department, in the event that an invoice is requested or identical to the required materials.
