Job Description
- Onboarding new customers providing effective delivery of projects, adopting responsibility for key project tasks or solution areas
- Develop ETL (Extract Transform Load) pipelines
- Contribute & Review solution design and delivery documentation.
- Configure the solution as per the solution documentation
- Successfully navigate situations where documentation doesn’t exist
- Ongoing awareness and mitigation of implementation issues and risks and reporting them to internal stakeholders or Client Project Manager where applicable
- Develop knowledge of internal products to include improved features and installation/upgrade approaches
- Diagnosing problem and create solutions for implementation challenges that arise
- Being a dedicated resource to help navigate our customers through technical challenges including design trade-offs and platform features
- Track and record time and contributions across milestones for project completion or consultancy time spent
Job Requirements
- Capable working in multiple SaaS platforms, navigating documentation and tooling to setup client workspaces
- Technically literate in SQL
- Experience interacting directly with enterprise-grade customers clients and managing complex engagements, including third party integrations or migrations
- Desire to learn new technologies and solutions
- Analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly
- Self-motivated problem solver; able to thrive in a dynamic and customer-focused environment
- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with precise attention to detail
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced & multi-tasking environment
- Capable at navigating projects with colleagues in cross-functional/departmental initiatives
- Able to manage client commitments and communications with strong time management skills
- Able to work in an Agile environment with strong sense of prioritization
Desired Skills:
