Job Description
- Develop communication and operational tool to handle residents’ inquiries and complaints.
- Overlook the service level provided by the facility management staff (housekeeping, maintenance, landscape, contractors, security)
- Plan and deploy the services and amenities to be made available to residents.
- Control the commercial area operations.
- Source and contract operators of F&B in the commercial area.
- Arrange activities and events to foster a sense of community among residents.
- Communicate to management about any recurring problems and suggest solutions.
- Manage the units listed for property management (lease, cleaning, and maintenance).
- Cooperate with different brokerage companies to ensure high occupancy levels in managed units.
- Assure the payment and leasing process are properly concluded.
- Assess the possibility of adopting technology in the cycle.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7 years of experience preferably in a similar field
- Presentable
- Disciplined
- Perfect communication skills
- Perfect creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- No issues in living on the north coast for 3 months
