Job Description
Oracle SCM Consultant will provide expertise and knowledge in the Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Supply chain planning, Product Master Data management, Logistics and Supply chain collaboration.
- Collaborate with supply chain and IT teams to analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement within Oracle EBS.
- Configure and maintain the Oracle EBS supply chain modules (e.g., Inventory Management, Purchasing, Order Management) to align with best practices and our specific business needs.
- Generate reports and analyze data to provide valuable insights into supply chain performance.
- Train and support end-users on using the Oracle EBS supply chain functionalities.
- Stay current on the latest trends and best practices related to Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management.
- Facilitate Oracle SCM Planning EBS and SCM business processes especially Plan to Produce, ERP, Procure to Pay.
- Assist Business Users in mapping and streamlining/re-engineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules, using standardized implementation methodology including reports specification development and deployment.
- Identify functionality gaps in Oracle SCM EBS and build extensions for them.
- Conduct Functional/Technical Design Workshops for Oracle SCM EBS configuration and support.
- Responsible for configuring and maintaining SCM approval hierarchies.
- Responsible for configuring and marinating inventory planning.
- Actively participate in the troubleshooting phase.
- Develops and documents Company's expertise, know-how, controls, and capabilities within the Oracle ERP.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM Core and advanced modules, including Planning, Purchasing, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, WIP, Procurement, BOM.
- 3-5 years of experience in Oracle SCM implementation and consulting, with a strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion SCM.
- Bachelor's degree, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent Planning and communication skills.
- Good understanding of business and operational processes including Warehouse, Purchase, Sales &CRM, and Manufacturing.
- Oracle certification(s) in SCM or related modules is highly desirable.
