Job Description
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including procedures, emergency protocols, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained.
- Oversee and Ensure that Members are following Gym Policies, Procedures & Rules.
- Monitor class attendance & Assist members in selecting and booking classes, and ensure that the classes are operating smoothly.
- Resolve member inquiries and issues related to class scheduling, bookings, or cancellations.
- Conduct Customer satisfaction surveys either in person or through phone calls, focusing on their service experience.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.
- Address member concerns or complaints and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Provide assistance and guidance to members regarding programs, equipment, class schedules, and membership queries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in fitness center management or related field.
- Excellent communication, Customer service & interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Work on shift basis, morning shift from 7 am to 3 pm and evening shift from 2 pm to 10 pm.
