Job Description
- This job will be temporarily for only 6 months as training.
- Assures work quality and complete customer satisfaction with services rendered
- Inspects work quality at least once a month
- Conducts monthly client meetings
- Addresses client complaints
- Distributes staff according to operational requirements
- Adjusts staff to maximize work
- Liaisons between HK and HR regarding HK staff needs and requirements
- Creates monthly stock orders for clients
- Identifies equipment, tools, and supplies needed for the next months' operation
- Enters data and Generates Soft Services operation reports from the system.
- Files Soft Services paperwork and reports.
- Facilitates the relationship between Soft Services personnel and other administrations.
- Records absence, sick leaves, and vacations to ensure the proper person is available for smooth operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is a must.
- Fresh graduates from Tourism & Hotel's graduates are preferable.
- Computer Skills.
- Excellent English.
