Job Description
- Monitor the sales & warehouse stock position on daily base.
- Monitor the Gross Profit achievement in relation to sales mix.
- Develop market studies in the assigned region in preparation for new launches being considered according strategic plan.
- Maintain close coordination with supply chain to ensure orders are delivered on time and avoid out of stock positions.
- Generate reports and analyze sales per category, brand and product to measure performance vs. budget.
- Contribute to the development of the company’s corporate strategy, particularly in relation to sales objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the Dep. that enable the company to achieve its corporate objectives.
- Provide reports to higher manager like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, new customers’ on-boarded reports and market feedback.
- Prepare sales presentations and other sales tools.
- Assist the line managers to ensure adequate client communication, maintain contacts with clients and provide feedback.
- Initiate sales activities, strategies, and sales plans required to build brand visibility.
- Evaluate the performance of the sales team and seek ways to improve the team’s performance by running the PMP and other assessment tools on regular basis as agreed by the HR system.
- Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position.
- Assist in formulating and monitoring the annual business plan with Sales manager to ensure the long-term success and viability of the company and the attainment of corporate objectives.
- Monitor the investment at the key accounts and makes sure that it is within the guidelines set for profitability.
- Maximize the company’s profitability by adjusting any price gap with competition.
- Monitor all the trade activities and ensure that it is within approved budgets.
- Maintain close eye on the aging stocks in the market to avoid overstocking and facing issues with clients.
- Support in the negotiations with main Key accounts whenever required and overlook the signature of the contracts to verify the front and back margins and rebates.
- Develop the summary reports for management as required.
- Reviews the pricing strategy and recommends adjustments while proving better results without sacrificing the brand image or profitability.
- Review the monthly financial statements per market and take necessary action where required
- Give the full support to his subordinate of sales team to achieve the strategic objective.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a similar field preferred. Sales certification preferred.
- Age not less than 28 years old
- Must come from FMCG background
- 3+ years of experience in supervisory role, preferably in the Food sector.
- Should have extensive experience with B2B sales process.
- strong Computer literate Proficiency in Microsoft Office and, SAP User.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Based in Dubai or nearby.
