Job Description
- Assist the Senior / Section Head in formulating the project plan and requirements
- Attend meetings with process owners to develop business understanding and document them in narratives or flowcharts
- Assist the Senior / Section Head in developing the risk and control assessment
- Assist the Senior / Section Head in developing audit programs
- Perform and handle the execution of the audit programs through fieldwork testing and document the results in the working papers
- Assist the Senior / Section Head in developing clear, concise, and relevant audit findings and recommendations
- Support the Senior / Section Head in meeting project deadlines and requirements
- Prepare and submit a complete audit file for the Senior / Section Head review
- Develop frequent reports to be submitted to the direct manager to reveal achieved versus planned objectives
- Attend exit meetings with audit clients to discuss and agree on findings and recommendations
Job Requirements
- University degree in commerce, accounting section
- 1 - 3 years' experience in Internal Audit.
- Experience in internal audit on several departments.
- Good user of MS Office and ERP systems.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity
- Ability to think objectively and demonstrate sound judgment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Resilience under pressure and good negotiation skills
- Flexible thinking and ability to adapt to change
- Good organizing and timekeeping skills
- Very Good command of the English language
