Job Description
- Technical Design Review for all Low Current Systems (CCTV, Access control, Fire Alarm, Controller systems, Tetra, GSM etc.) and Preparing RFI
- Sizing all Electrical Equipment’s, cables, cable tray, cable trunk, and conduits.
- Calculating Voltage drop
- Calculating Filling ratio for the cable trunk
- Prepare quantity surveying and BOQ
- Responsible for updating shop drawings and as-built drawings using AutoCAD, Revit
- Preparing technical submittals (method of the statement, shop drawings, etc.) for the low currents systems.
- Preparation of Schematic Diagram "Riser", Input and Output List "I/O List", calculations, and Overall Site Plans.
- Detecting / solving construction clashes with Architectural, Structural, Interior Design, and MEP disciplines such as HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical departments.
- Rack configuration including sizing and selection of racks, switches, and UPS.
- Coordinate with internal architectural, building services and structural department
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports to the Section Head and the client if needed.
- Handling the drafter's responsibilities and giving all the required task.
Job Requirements
- Preparing shop drawings and as-built using AutoCAD & Revit.
- Coordinating all Low Current systems (CCTV, SCS, BMS, PA, nurse call....etc) Shop drawings with other trades using Revit/navis BIM modeling and preparing required details & sections to support site.
- Following up shop drawings with consultant to get approval.
- Conduct quantity surveying for all executed work and preparing required technical calculations of LC systems.
- able to work under pressure and ready to work overtime if required to achieve the project plan.
- Preparing RFIs/CLRs/MOMs .
- Design review.
