Job Description

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations

Job Requirements

  • Work experience as an Accountant
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • BSc in Accounting
  • Responsible for implementing the executive plans and programs for the warehouses, which ultimately lead to achieving the main objectives of the organization
  • Executing exchange, return and addition permissions - Responsible for organizing storage units, shelves and stock safety according to storage instructions
  • Preferably experience in the pharmaceutical field
