Job Description
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
Job Requirements
- Work experience as an Accountant
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- BSc in Accounting
- Responsible for implementing the executive plans and programs for the warehouses, which ultimately lead to achieving the main objectives of the organization
- Executing exchange, return and addition permissions - Responsible for organizing storage units, shelves and stock safety according to storage instructions
- Preferably experience in the pharmaceutical field
