Job Description
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Coordinate with other disciplines such as structural and Electromechanical to ensure that all design elements are compatible and integrated.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure that construction is following the approved plans and specifications.
- Perform quality control checks to identify and resolve any issues with the construction work.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding technical aspects of architectural projects.
- Responsible for managing technical conflicts and problems during the construction phase.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering “ Architecture”.
- Candidate must have 5+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of Revit and AUTOCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Primavera is a plus.
- PMP is a plus.
- Construction Background or site management is preferred.
- Excellent client-facing and international communication skills.
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
