Job Description
Unified Communication Engineer to provide operational L2 End User technical support in All Unified Communication areas of Instant Messaging (IM), Meetings/Webinars, Video conferencing, Video Streaming, Video Portals and Video on Demand Systems over large geographically dispersed networks.
Also responsible for proactive monitoring and Preventive maintenance routines to achieve the desired QoS and service stability adding up to vendor communications and Pre-Post checks for Change implementations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of telecommunications or computer engineering
- 1-3 years experiences in technical/application support, preferably in Unified communications.
- ITIL Knowledge is a must.
- Fluent in English
- Advanced Communication Skills
- Strong Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Strong analytical thinking
- Good knowledge with Windows Servers & IIS
- Database Administration background.
- Good Knowledge with M.365 & Cloud solutions.
- Good knowledge with different Storage methods.
- Mandatory Knowledge with networking theory, CCNA and/or CCNP
- Familiar with networking, voice & video protocols SSH, FTP protocols, SIP & H323
- Familiar with unified communication and collaboration concepts and protocols
- Previous experiences with applications support
