Job Description
- Receive department requirements with means authorization.
- Prepare RFQ, RFP, RFI & send it to suppliers & contract, Prepare LC if needed.
- Conduct SPA, Price negotiation, order preparation.
- Arranging for delivery & liaise with requester.
- Review receiving items complaints & solve it.
- Issue a Purchase Order (PO).
- Assist in selecting the suitable payment terms.
- Follow up with the Finance department on the invoice payment.
- Issue procurement status report and deliver it to the Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a Medical or business related subject.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Experience in a Health Care Organization, Pharmaceutical Company or a Medical Equipment Organization is a Must.
- Excellent English & Computer skills.
- Negotiation Skills, Result Oriented, Attention to details, Building Team, Managing Conflicts & Decision Making.
