- Follow the DC & Supply Chain Guidelines tor maximum Inventory management.
- Follow the Operational Standards & Guidelines.
- Follow the Financial Control Guidelines
- Assist Area Supervisor in the following tasks:
- Maximize sales, target breakdown, sales monitoring and reporting.
- Placing orders thru system according to company policy.
- Receiving & transfer thru system according to policy.
- Propose promotions/events to push sales in his branch.
- keep the optimum stock of each SKU.
- Reporting Expired/Damage as per policy.
- Staff Control.
- Train and develop staff.
- Quality Control (Service & Environment)
- Maintain operational standards & guidelines.
- Ensure branches opening & closing on time.
- On going merchandising with the team.
- Request maintenance when required.
Job Requirements
- EDUCATION : Bachelor Degree of Pharmacy
- SKILLS : Selling Skills, Training Skills, coaching & leadership skills, Communication & Customer Care
