Job Description

Monglish Academy is looking for an experienced and creative social media specialist to join our team to assist in the expansion and development of our digital presence across a variety of channels. 

Responsibilities :

  • Developing social media content plans and creating consistent, meaningful content that aligned and relevant to different channels in Arabic & English.
  • Manage campaigns on all social media platforms especially (Facebook Ads - Instagram Ads - Google AdWords)
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content.
  • Media buying and paid campaign planning and view and analyze Page or Group Insights, and report data quantitatively and qualitatively.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign.
  • Keep up with trends in and out of Social Media and develop creative ways to include them in the content.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  • Write or suggest engaging posts that inform, inspire, and entertain the audience, including captions, articles, and blog posts.
  • Increase the followers of the social media accounts, increase the people visiting the websites
  • Continuously improve by capturing, analyzing, and reporting the social media, website data/metrics, and insights, and best practice Reporting daily and weekly ads performance.
  • Provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with Sales and admins team.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on time if needed, making sure to adhere to the Brand and Audience Strategies.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A degree in Marketing or a relevant field is a plus.
