Senior Sales Executive (Business Development)

Job Functions:

• Generate sales leads, Find potentials / leads for digital marketing training courses.
• Do Sales meeting, Do indoor-sales meetings with walk-in customers.
• Do Sales calls, Do sales calls for prospects and inbound leads.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly planned sales target and monthly new accounts.
• Find prospects for digital marketing training courses in Egypt and Middle East.
• Do sales calls (outbound and inbound calls) for potential customers using scripts.
• Do indoor sales meetings with walk-in customers and potential customers.
• Explain training courses' outline and details to prospects on both calls and meetings.
• Explain training agenda for upcoming courses and programs to potential customers.
• Do up-selling and cross-selling activities to old customers of the academy.
• Keep records of calls, emails, prospects details and sales activities on CRM system.
• Receive customer comments about courses and forward it to the responsible department.
