Job Description
- The Job is remote (working from home only)
- Provides information to customers by verifying understanding of requests; answering questions; and offering assistance.
- Interacting with customers via email and over the phone
- Preparing invoices, quotations, and tenders
- Collection following up with customers
- Initiates service by recording requests; and forwarding them to dispatching
- Collects revenue by receiving and recording payments
- Resolves billing problems by identifying the problem; explaining procedures; and forwarding required adjustments.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
