Job Summary:
The Cost Controller at Mr. Tailor Retail Fashion Company will be responsible for managing and reducing company costs. This role involves budgeting, cost tracking, financial analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure that the company operates within budget and identifies areas for cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor and track budget allocations, expenditures, and variances.
- Analyze costs of production, procurement, and retail operations.
- Identify and report on areas where costs can be reduced.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports on cost performance to management.
- Implement cost control measures across various departments.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial data.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cost control, budgeting, or financial analysis, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
