Job Description
- Assist in implement, maintain and improve quality assurance control systems from raw material to the despatch of garments to ensure product conformance to customer quality standards.
- Assist in carry out and follow-up pre-production activities in order to resolve technical and quality issues before a style is introduced to a module and thereby facilitate a smooth production flow.
- Supervise the materials quality assurance processes are carried out as per established standards, and coordinate with all relevant parties to resolve day-to-day issues related raw material quality.
- Supervise to establish internal quality standards and tolerances and advise team on critical quality issues (after consulting relevant personnel head of Quality, production manager, technical In charge etc.) in order to ensure product quality meets customer requirements.
- Analyse quality related information / feedback at all stages of production, identify critical areas, take required decisions to resolve issues and ensure that decisions are recorded and communicated to all relevant parties to ensure consistently standards are maintained throughout the process.
- Ensure all quality related information is collated and maintained for reference and to aid in decision-making.
- Assist in Setting appropriate quality standards and tolerances (within acceptable quality standards) with regards to raw material and production quality in order to exceed customer expectations in the most effective manner.
- Assist in Communicating all quality related information/decisions in a timely and accurate manner to all concerned in order to ensure that all are well aware of quality requirements
- Assist in ensuring maintenance of positive work relationships in order to facilitate the smooth operations whilst complying to organizational standards.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in fashion/textile is a must
