Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Oversee the planning and execution of real estate projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with construction teams, legal advisors, and government authorities to manage the permitting process and ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Receive, Filter, and arrange potential partners
- identify sales prospects and contact them.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, clients, and stakeholders to secure funding and partnerships for real estate developments.
- Lead business negotiations for land acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships with private and public sector entities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and financial models to potential clients and investors.
- manage CRM with sales activates and work on weekly reports on customer visits
- Research competitors, Handel Client's needs and aware of market trends
- acting as a land mark of contact with the company's customers
- Translating client's needs into business needs
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers to evaluate the technical aspects of potential real estate projects.
- Perform engineering assessments of land, infrastructure, and environmental factors to determine project viability.
- Develop feasibility studies, including cost estimations, timelines, and resource requirements for new projects.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 5 - 10 years in a construction and real estate field.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent English command writing and reading
- Knowledge of market research techniques and database management
