Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of real estate projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with construction teams, legal advisors, and government authorities to manage the permitting process and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
  • Receive, Filter, and arrange potential partners

  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, clients, and stakeholders to secure funding and partnerships for real estate developments.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 5 - 10 years in a construction and real estate field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a must.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • excellent English command writing and reading
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and database management
