Job Description
- Reviewing concept designs submitted from Design Consultant(s) and giving feedback if necessary
- Reviewing Master Plans submitted ensuring compliance with governmental laws and interpreting clients’ requirements and transforming that to design consultant
- Following up with design consultants during the detailed drawings stage, assist in choosing suitable materials and vendors for the design based on company requirements, budget analysis and market availability/needs.
- Reviewing all Issued for Tender drawings while making coordination between all trades (architectural, MEP & HVAC). And spotting all conflicts and potential problematic areas.
- Constantly providing feedback on all drawings submitted from the design consultant(s) based on his/her architectural expertise and best practices. In addition may suggest alternatives for design upgrades, optimization or value engineering.
- Assist in giving feedback during the tender queries stage for design related queries and/or conflicts.
- Follow up with the supervision consultant in approving material samples submitted from Contractor during construction.
- Review site mockups and give constant feedback.
- Assist the project teams in any design related conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Assist the project teams in preparing the final completion snag list and closing out documents and procedures.
Job Requirements
- BA of Architecture Engineering
- 2-8 Years of Experience
- Involvement in real estate development projects “residential & other domains”
- Experience in license requirements with governmental offices especially new urban communities’ authority.
- Familiar with Revit and 3D Max or other visualization software
