Job Description
- Preparing the selling strategy of the company to achieve sales targets.
- Responsible for meeting sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
- Coordinate with clients and seek properties matching client expectations to increase sales.
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with efficient and smooth transaction experience.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
- Have responsibility for all sales, operations and oversees activities across the sales team.
- Recruit qualified and experienced sales team, train and develop them.
- Setting targets for the team and leading them to execute the sales plan to achieve the targeted sales and adjust their performance to achieve the required target .
Job Requirements
- Experience as a sales manager in real estate field
- Bachelor’s Degree
