Job Description
FMC Department Head
- Manage, Guide and Coach FMC Area managers
- Manage copying, scan and store documents for 40 stores across Egypt
- Check for accuracy and edit files, Setting objectives for team to ensure maximum accuracy and efficiency
- Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
- Manage Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
- Manage File documents in physical and digital records
- Manage Creating price bar-codes for the products
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
- Ensure availability of all products to achieve the best customer service and ensure that shopping experience is as smooth as it should.
- Control Cost of manpower and supplies as per planned budget
- Train area managers and ensure that objective setting is part of monthly review meetings
- Develop a weekly and monthly dashboard to ensure that various task are accomplished as per agreed upon time line and within planned budget.
- Control all products return and manage the back to storage cycle process.
Job Requirements
- Experience as FMC Manager not less than 15 years in big retail chain in Egypt.
- Lading a team of more than 50 staff in remote locations
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel with understanding and previous experience of ERP
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Data Analysis organization skills
- Communication skills
- Stock level management as well as supply chain management
- Experience with how to Design KPI evaluation system.
- Familiar with MIS weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports
