Job Description
- Perform routine collections tasks, such as making customer calls, sending payment reminders, and following up on delinquent accounts and legal proceedings as needed.
- Responsible for tracking monthly reports.
- Handling customer's accounts over the phone and face to face.
- Working closely with legal case and terminated contracts applying the company's policies and contractual agreements between us as thecompany and our various clients.
- Responsible for helping the company collect all the overdue payments and debts.
- Main guidelines about each bank’s standards.
- Issuing and revising new contracts in needed.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Collection Specialist Real estate
- Bachelor’s degree
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Comfortable working with targets
- Patience and ability to manage stress
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Skilled in negotiation
- Problem-solving skills
