Job Description
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant channels, to drive online traffic and generate qualified Leads (applications).
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking to achieve campaign objectives and KPIs.
- Tracking conversion rates and campaign results and making improvements to the strategy.
- Manage the relationship with the partner agency.
- Review new technologies and actively source new channels to advertise.
- Take an active role in the budget exercises, aligned with the business goals.
- Act with initiative, make things happen and accept responsibility for the results.
- Be a true team member in Teleperformance – focused on the success of the company and the well-being of the team.
- Support, motivate and communicate the company’s culture and values, develop and coach each team member to continually meet and exceed their quality and productivity targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other team members and departments, to improve and/or maximize results.
- Be an active part in the processes of continuous improvement, proposing improvement and innovations methods across the department and the company (producing fresh and imaginative ideas and solutions).
- Ensure all Teleperformance processes, procedures and policies are fulfilled, including but not limited to GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation, GECSP - Global Essential Compliance, Information Security Policies, HR, etc.;
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns
- Proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving KPIs in paid media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms, ad formats, targeting options, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign performance analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with other paid media channels (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads) is a plus.
- Higher Education Degree - Marketing or Media (preferential);
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Fluency in Portuguese, French or German (preferential).
