Job Description
- Tracking the distributers’ tools & making sure that the agreed tools are on ground
- Leading the sales team to achieve the distributer’s target
- Enabling the sales team to achieve their targets by making them aware of their targets, motivated to achieve them, trough the daily morning meeting & market visits
- Developing sales team by training them on sales fundamentals at office and on ground
- Check the market to make sure that the company’s pricing policy & the sales fundamentals are applied on the field
- Manage the distributer’s balance & ROI (stock, cash & market credit)
- Assists the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives, encourages and train the sales team and managing the daily operation to achieve the company goals.
- Goods and products deposited in the distributer’s warehouse are considered in the custody of the storekeeper under the supervision of the distributer’s supervisor
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 3-5 years of experience in FMCG or related manufacturing industries
- Good in English Language
- Decision making.
- High degree of personal initiative with good planning and organizational skills; multi-tasking is essential.
