Job Description
- Develop and implement food safety policies, procedures, and protocols in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of food service areas to assess compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to prevent and control the spread of foodborne illnesses.
- Design training programs to educate food service staff on safe food handling practices.
- Stays up to date with food safety regulations, including those of the General Authority for Accreditation and Health Control, and ensures that the hospital complies with the standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Veterinary / Medicine is a Must.
- Experience in food safety management, preferably in a healthcare or food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
