Job Description

  • Perform daily End of Day reconciliations against internal system, banks, card processors, and third parties.
  • Perform settlement tasks cross merchants, suppliers and user.
  • Lead a process of continuously improving performance through a combination of effective processes, leadership, training and system development
  • Perform against established objectives and develop corrective actions and improvement plans
  • Manage customer service-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Be responsible for operational compliance with relevant local and international Rules & Regulations
  • Implement operational processes
  • Perform daily End of Day reconciliations
  • Manage Chargebacks

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in operations within payments (e.g. banking or fintech)
  • Knowledge of and experience with prepaid card and know-your-customer regulations in Egypt is a plus
  • Proven experience in Egyptian payment schemes and networks, in particular, related to the issuance of cards
  • Deep understanding of payments scheme compliance and integrations, disputes, and settlements
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to an objective decision making, organize workflows, prioritize, and deliver high quality
  • A structured and organized way of working
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think out of the box
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in the Arabic and English language
