Job Description
- Perform daily End of Day reconciliations against internal system, banks, card processors, and third parties.
- Perform settlement tasks cross merchants, suppliers and user.
- Lead a process of continuously improving performance through a combination of effective processes, leadership, training and system development
- Perform against established objectives and develop corrective actions and improvement plans
- Manage customer service-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Be responsible for operational compliance with relevant local and international Rules & Regulations
- Implement operational processes
- Perform daily End of Day reconciliations
- Manage Chargebacks
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in operations within payments (e.g. banking or fintech)
- Knowledge of and experience with prepaid card and know-your-customer regulations in Egypt is a plus
- Proven experience in Egyptian payment schemes and networks, in particular, related to the issuance of cards
- Deep understanding of payments scheme compliance and integrations, disputes, and settlements
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to an objective decision making, organize workflows, prioritize, and deliver high quality
- A structured and organized way of working
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think out of the box
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in the Arabic and English language
