Job Description
- HSE Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal HSE regulations and standards. Keep up-to-date with regulatory changes and implement necessary updates to policies and procedures.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety issues. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to reduce risk.
- Safety Programs: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE programs, policies, and procedures. Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Incident Investigation: Lead investigations of incidents, accidents, and near misses. Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP, CIH) are highly desirable.
- Experience: 7-8 years of experience in HSE management, preferably within the [industry/sector].
- Excellent command of English.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
