Job Description

  • Responsible for receiving the loading report from the accounts department.
  • Receiving products from the warehouse and ensuring they are in good condition.
  • Ensuring the receipt of the product crates according to the authorized quantity by the direct manager.
  • Commitment to visiting authorized customers according to the daily plan.
  • Adhering to flexibility in the schedule and achieving daily plan objectives.
  • Achieving strategic departmental plan goals.
  • Sending customer information including name, location, contact number, and address, along with the first-time visited customer's location to the assigned officer.
  • Responsible for daily maintenance and care of received goods to prevent damage or theft until delivery to the warehouse by the end of the day.
  • Ensuring internet service on the phone and informing HR immediately upon internet service termination.
  • Promoting and marketing products to customers, assisting and convincing them.
  • Building positive business relationships with customers.
  • Negotiating sales agreements with customers and agreeing on product delivery schedules.
  • Responsible for attracting and persuading new customers to purchase the product.
  • Listening to customer complaints and addressing them to achieve customer satisfaction while adhering to company rules and regulations.
  • Keeping the management and sales department informed of all sales activities through preparing and submitting reports such as sales reports and customer visits.
  • Ensuring no inventory shortage.
  • Handing over cash and invoices resulting from sales to the accounts department daily.
  • Handing over keys, driver's license, advertising license, and phone to administrative security daily at the end of the day.
  • Maintaining the vehicle and reporting any problems encountered on the road such as breakdowns or traffic violations.
  • Monitoring competitors' behaviors in the market and studying market trends and needs by continuously gathering information about market prices, new products, and available marketing and promotional strategies, then reporting them to the direct manager.
  • Adhering to traffic rules regarding parking, lane discipline, and avoiding leaving the vehicle unattended to prevent violations.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of product information and informing the direct manager if the company's confidentiality is compromised to external parties.

Job Requirements

  • Good proficiency in performing mathematical operations. 
  • Good knowledge of reading and writing English. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Teams, and other necessary software for report preparation and communication. 
  • Proficiency in using technology and equipment for invoicing. Good driving experience, knowledge of roads, and good mastery of Google Maps. 
  • Good understanding of the product and how to promote it. 
  • Ability to interact with various groups, cooperative, and a good listener. 
  • Good behavior and capable of making quick, honest, and accurate decisions. 
  • Good communication skills and good customer handling. 
  • Maintaining confidentiality of information. 
  • Excellent knowledge of security and safety rules and procedures. General knowledge of vehicle maintenance needs. Strong knowledge of traffic laws.
