About The RoleWe're searching for a passionate and customer-focused barista to join our team in Kuwait! As a coffee crafter, you'll be responsible for creating delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional service to ensure a memorable experience for our cafe guests.Responsibilities Coffee Expertise: Prepare a variety of espresso-based drinks (latte, cappuccino, macchiato) to exact specifications. Brew exceptional drip coffee and other hot beverages using proper techniques. Maintain a deep understanding of different coffee origins, roasts, and flavor profiles. Customer Service: Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take orders accurately and efficiently. Offer recommendations based on customer preferences. Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for all guests. Operations: Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment. Keep barista station clean and well-stocked throughout the shift. Replenish inventory and calibrate equipment as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations.
