Job Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas throughout each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately, following company procedures for point-of-sale operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional customer service during busy periods.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new products, brewing techniques, and company standards.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and inventory checks as required.
