Job Description
- Team leader responsible to manage the pool of consultants and manage their engagement in different projects
- Business analysis to gatherrequired BI systemrequirements
- Architect the BI solutions from different Data sourcesincluding ETL & data modeling
- Work with the team todevelop, document and deliver BI project scope
- Transition developedBI systems to the Operations & Support team
- Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of enterprise data and BI environments
- Get trained and certified on different technologies to address existing/future market needs
- Provide technical assistance and cross trainingto other team members
- Must be able to perform dutieswith moderate to low supervision
Job Requirements
- 4-6 years’ experience on such technologies
- People management Skills (Decisiveness, Adaptability, Recognize achievements, Interestin others, Activelistening skills, Relatingto others, Patience)
- Customer facing
- Use of SQL and RDBMSsystems (DB2, Oracle,SQL Server, etc.)
- Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts
- Knowledge of R/Python and Big Data Conceptsis a plus
- Excellent interpersonal ( verbal and written) communication skills (in English & Arabic) are required to support working in project environments that includes internal, external and customerteams
- A self-starter who can work independently, pro-actively take action, drive toward clarity and think holistically
- Ability to manage multiplepriorities, and assessand adjust quicklyto changing priorities
