Job Description
- Close monitor of field force activities within a specified area to achieve established sales targets.
- Coach field force on the technical aspects of the organization’s products.
- Ensure proper coverage of customers as per agreed action plan.
- Generation of prescriptions driving sales within assigned area.
- Implement sales and marketing plan of action.
- Accurate and updated database for assigned area identifying new customers and adding to the existing customer database.
- Introducing Company’s products to customers delivering product message given from marketing team and implement products strategy.
- Monitor supply of products to customers as per their purchases requests.
- Analyze business potential in his assigned area and report to his superior.
- Contribute ideas/feedback to managers and marketing team that help to develop business plan.
- Promote Company’s image and products through professional presentation
Job Requirements
- University Graduate with a Medical or Scientific background.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as district manager (Pharmaceuticals Field).
- Good communication skills with colleagues and the market.
- Has a proven successful sales report.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Energetic.
- Ability to work under stress and self-motivated.
- Good command of English spoken & written.
- Excellent computer skills with all MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint...)
- Creative, good planner and has the ability to coach.
