Contributes to and reviews the project proposal to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
Defines / designs activities, starting from existing solutions.
Contributes to setting project evaluation parameters.
Contacts the project sponsor / client at a tactical level.
Regularly reports project progress to senior management and/or the sponsor/client. Contributes to improving / developing systems.
Prioritize tasks, set deadlines and assign staff to various deliverables so that each project can hit the ground running with minimal wasted time and resources.
Analyze financial data, distribute and allocate resources, and implement budgets.
Coordinates a small team of specialists to implement project tasks.
Make sure that all processes related to a project’s completion are carried out in the most efficient and effective manner while simultaneously upholding a given set of standards. Improve new and pre-existing processes, continually reevaluate whether each project is meeting the applicable standards and engage in problem solving with other Managers.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bsc Degree
Wide and deep experience providing expert competence (8-10 years)
Experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers (Over 3 years to 6 years)
