Job Description
- Develop and manage annual budget.
- Creating a yearly cultivation plan and monitoring its implementation.
- Oversee all aspects of production, including but not limited to fertilizing, pruning, irrigation, spraying, ground maintenance, harvest, packing, storage, and logistics.
- Create a strategy for technical operations (fertilization, spraying, trimming, etc.) and the dates for their implementation, as well as follow up on their execution.
- Monitor plant growth phases to evaluate diseases and the best therapy for them.
- Monitor the implementation of agricultural production processes and procedures, crops, fruits, vegetables, and plants in the locations.
- Monitor and guarantee that all works relating to green areas, gardens, ornamental plants, and shade are completed as required.
- Landscape design and execution in group organizations.
- Carrying out estimating studies for exploited crops and delivering them to upper management.
- Employee performance evaluation, training, and development.
- Implement growing and quality standards.
- Review current research in the field in order to develop horticultural and technical knowledge.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of irrigation and agricultural drainage systems.
- Expertise in carrying out agricultural activities in desert lands.
- Expertise with crop types suitable for the company's fields.
- Experience in designing and implementing irrigation networks and agricultural drainage networks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
