Job Description
- Determine the project's priority and importance according to the size of the business, the nature of the business, the customer’s market share, and the list of competitors (if any).
- Issuing the bid form to the client and giving the project a serial number to be used in all project phases (tenders, bids, clarifications).
- Create a pricing policy for project specialties (self-implementation or subcontracting).
- Developing and implementing business objectives and proposals within established budgets to reach set goals
- Support the new business development department by defining the business strategy, defining the program, estimates of bids and proposals, and developing the strategic plan.
- Directing the business development process to include appropriate training for the work team for the success of obtaining a follow-up or new business.
- Distribute responsibilities to subordinates to ensure maximum potential is achieved
- Contact the various departments in order to provide all the necessary documents to meet the requirements of the tender.
- Contact the Financial Department to provide a letter of guarantee and notes about the cost of stamp duty, social insurance cost, insurance policy costs, customs fees, and VAT rates.
- Liaise with the Planning Department in order to present the proposed timetable for the project.
Job Requirements
- (10-12) years experience.
- Construction Background Is a must.
- Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
