Job Description
- Problem Management
- Monitoring ticking system for open tickets
- Implementing changes in adherence to change management procedures
- Updating RCA for tickets
- Escalating to L3 as required
- Updating customer on status of problem
Job Requirements
- 4 Years' experience in supporting Cisco UCCE implementations
- 3 years’ experience with windows Server OS environment
- CCVP certified (required)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Fluent in Arabic is a must
- Experience with:
- CUCM, CUSP, VGs,PGs
- ICM System Administration
- UCCE Advanced Scripting
- UCCE Advanced Reporting
- SQL/Informix Databases
