IT Supervisor

• We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior IT Specialist to join our awesome team! As a Senior IT Operation Specialist at our company, the IT specialist shall provide support for the IT department and end-users within the organization.
• He/ She ensures that computer hardware and software, as well as networks and servers, work consistently and correctly.
• IT specialists may install programs, configure networks and databases, and provide assistance to end-users.
• He tends to focus on one or more areas of IT support, such as information security, database administration, or server maintenance.
• IT specialist balances enterprise-wide support and enhancement with direct assistance for IT departments and users. 

Duties and responsibilities

• Implementation and configuration of Software and Hardware according to task list.
• Handel Firewall ( FortiGate )
• Troubleshooting and solving technical problems
• Perform minor software and minor hardware repairs
• Support the setup of all new hardware, especially desktops, laptops, and printers
• Assist in maintaining an inventory of all hardware and software
• Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.
• Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage, and other necessary means.
• Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department.
• Install, test, and configure computers, printers, peripheral equipment, and software
• Set-up of applications on user workstations
• Manage back-up routines
• Software testing and configuration
