Job Description
- Preparing design development and construction documents drawings” Schematic drawings, riser diagram, Interconnection Diagrams”
- Cable Routing Layout, Equipment layout.
- Preparation & Estimation of BOQ (Bill of Quantity)
- Ensure consistency in design reviews, verification & qualification efforts.
- provide oversight of model coordination process in design and construction
- The ability to work in a variety of construction environments including commercial, educational, industrial and healthcare-related projects
- Must be willing to handle multiple BIM projects simultaneously and also manage the delegated work to the offshore team
- Model on and use BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, etc.
- Aware of all BIM standards
- Delegate and review work being done by the offshore team of BIM professionals
- Strive to continuously develop your skills in our core applications
- A passion for project delivery, people, customer service and your work
- Be a champion in the advancement of BIM
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputed University
- Demonstrated expertise in industry-standard BIM applications, such as Autodesk Revit
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills
- Follows through on tasks to completion and asks questions when necessary
- Must be advanced in BIM, Electrical, Revit, CAD, Excel
- Years of Experience: 5 to 7 years
