Job Description
Duties & responsibilities:
- Manage all the contractors, lead the meetings, controlling the schedule and the quality.
- Responsible for interfacing with the client, Work closely with Engineering and
- Procurement team as needs to achieve the project target dates.
- Ensure implementation of the Project Procedures.
- Lead the project team, and manage and organize the sequence of work on site, from
- The commencement up to close out of the project.
- Control site staff man-hours and budgets.
- Lead pre-construction meetings and progress review meetings with the Contractors.
- Ensure the implementation of Safety rules.
Job Requirements
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in civil Engineering or practice.
- +10 years of experience in High Voltage substation or power plants
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good communication skills
- Project management or supervisory experience is preferred
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to motivate others
- Able to plan work well.
- Well-organized.
