Job Description
- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems, implementing best practices for data protection and access control.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
- Install, configure, and update hardware and software components as required.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT support and procurement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard critical data.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance IT infrastructure.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in IT administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, server management, and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with cloud services, virtualization, and backup solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for user support and training.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of system integrity.
- Willingness to work onsite (on-premises) as required by the operational needs.
