Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in IT administration or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, server management, and cybersecurity principles.
Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with cloud services, virtualization, and backup solutions.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for user support and training.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of system integrity.
Willingness to work onsite (on-premises) as required by the operational needs.
