Job Description

  • Set and enhance archiving procedures and ensure all documentation with references is done accurately.
  • Manage the outgoing documents for external parties and coordinating with admin to send hard copies of documents when needed.
  • Ensure all documents are stamped and photocopied for filing purposes and scanned, archived and handled to keep both soft and hard copies available for future references.
  • Manage documents (emails - drawings - Letters) from external parties and send it to concerned departments
  • Receive outgoing memos and documents from departments and reviewing them to ensure the accuracy of formatting.
  • Receive drawings from technical departments and ensuring delivery to different sites by courier
  • Following up with departments and sending reminders on the status of documents sent if specific actions or date are required.
  • Provide documents when needed from the archiving system.
  • Database control.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role with minimum 3 years.
