Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:
- To provide speedy telephone response to all calls
- Promote the best image of the Company in a professional manner
- To answer the customer’s need in accordance with the policy wording and as defined by the Insurer, providing comprehensive advice on all aspects of the policy
Job Requirements
- Strong personal qualities – using your empathy and your great listening skills to help people
- Males Only
- Native in Arabic, with excellent command of English (read, write, speak)
- Customer service experience and ideally within a call center
- Knowledge of the Insurance industry is a valuable plus
- French Language skills is an asset
- University Degree or relevant high education
- Completed Military Service
- Have an Egyptian nationality
- Live in Greater Cairo
Work conditions:
- 5 working days per week with 2 days off based on announced weekly work schedule
- Rotational Shifts for males 24/7
- Work location: 5th settlement
