Job Description

You will be working for a leading global insurance company recognized for its outstanding quality of service, awarded the #1 insurance brand worldwide for the 8th consecutive year - demonstrating the trust of half a million individuals and businesses nationwide.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • To provide speedy telephone response to all calls
  • Promote the best image of the Company in a professional manner
  • To answer the customer’s need in accordance with the policy wording and as defined by the Insurer, providing comprehensive advice on all aspects of the policy

Job Requirements

  • Strong personal qualities – using your empathy and your great listening skills to help people
  • Males Only
  • Native in Arabic, with excellent command of English (read, write, speak)
  • Customer service experience and ideally within a call center
  • Knowledge of the Insurance industry is a valuable plus
  • French Language skills is an asset
  • University Degree or relevant high education
  • Completed Military Service
  • Have an Egyptian nationality
  • Live in Greater Cairo

Work conditions:

  • 5 working days per week with 2 days off based on announced weekly work schedule
  • Rotational Shifts for males 24/7
  • Work location: 5th settlement

  • Fixed Gross Salary 4100 LE + up to 600 KPI's
  • Medical & Social insurance coverage
  • Annual contract with 21 annual leave days per year
  • Training days paid as working days after certification by the company
