Job Description
- Handle all sorts of queries relating to our products and services
- Listen attentively to support, offer solutions and alternatives
- Establish and maintain complete complaint files and databases for all customer complaints, according to established company procedures
- Complaints may include complaints by product type, reason for complaint, customer, or specific time periods.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Resolve customer’s inquiries within a timely manner
- Handle and follow up on customers’ complaints
