Job Description
- Develop and lead the country-specific concept strategy
- Plan and steer the profitability of the concept
- Formulate and implement retail strategies and procedures in discussion with the regional sales organization, HQ, and relevant supporting departments
- Identify internal and external commercial and cooperation opportunities
- Ensure effective Inventory and Warehouse management for the concept in the territory
- Ensure all the stores are in compliance with the company policy on employment and state laws, health and safety standards
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have a proven track record in Sales and Commercial Performance.
- 7-10 years’ experience in a managerial position in a franchise or network concepts
- Inventory Management & Stock Distribution
- Business Management & Development
- Operational Standards and Management
- People Management
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to build relationships and to cooperate with people at all levels.
- Strong coordination skills.
- Fluent in English
