Job Description

Have a channel with the suppliers of the machines to improve its efficiency and solve any issue as quick as possible
Re-activate the system of downtime calculation and generate analysis reports and improve the downtime
Tracking of spare parts and have a clear policy for ordering
Perform daily maintenance pop-ups
Distribute and evaluate the daily tasks performed by the technicians
Develop preventive maintenance schedules for the factory, machinery, and equipment to ensure that these continue to operate at optimum levels.
Monitor the performance of factory and equipment and revise maintenance schedules as necessary to ensure their continued effective performance.
Ensure that all documentation and procedures are provided by suppliers and contractors when receiving new equipment.
Determine the optimum level of spare parts to be held in stock to ensure that availability is maintained at minimum cost.
Maintain comprehensive records of stocks and maintenance carried out.
