About the Job
  • ِAnalyize the current market and improve the sales plan
  • Organize and coordinate sales representatives' schedules of visits
  • Report on all sales leads and closed deals.
  • Supervise the sales team and provide ongoing coaching, support to the team to enable them to do their jobs as expected
  • Creating new sales channels and expand company customer's base with new clients.
  • Build a solid system to promote long-lasting customer relationships and maintain customer loyalty.
  • Follow up the sales team daily visits to the clients, ensure they're aware of their targets, and achieving the targets.
  • Solve any issue faces the sales team with the distributors and retailers finding proper solution manners
  • Conducting visits with the sales team to assess their real performance
Job Requirements
  • B.A in any discipline 
  • Experience is not less than 5 years in the sales field, preferably to be in lubricants or automotive spare parts
  • Sales certificate is a must and aware of the sales process and techniques 
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability prioritize his tasks and meeting the deadline
